- All rates subject to 10.5% San Diego Occupancy Tax.
- 20% Advance Payment Required with Reservation.
- Full prepayment is due within 60 days prior to arrival.
- Check out cleaning included, maid service available at additional charge.
- Minimum 3 night stay required.
- A 1/2 day charge is required to guarantee a late check-out.
- All rates and taxes are subject to change.
- Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 10:00 a.m.
- No Smoking.
- No Pets Allowed.

A $1000 damage deposit is required 7 days prior to arrival. Damage deposit is refunded 7 days after departure |

- A 10% fee is applied to all cancelled reservation
- For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
- Cancellations received 60 days prior to arrival will be refunded less 10% cancellation fee.
